All bookings must be confirmed via our website, phone, or email.Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash, and electronic transfer.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.

We take every precaution to protect your property. However, Dump That Truck is not responsible for pre-existing damages or improperly packed items.We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other conditions beyond our control.

We do not transport or haul hazardous materials, illegal items, or substances regulated by law.
